Terms of Service

Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or engaging Bob's Plumbing ("we", "us") for services in Calgary or the surrounding area, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.

Quotes & estimates

Any quote or estimate we provide is based on the information you supply and a visual inspection. Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs from what was originally communicated. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise in writing.

Scheduling & cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to arrive at the scheduled time. Weather and prior-job conditions can affect timing — we will communicate any delay as soon as possible. You may cancel or reschedule without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, full payment is due on completion of the work. We accept the payment methods we communicate at the time of the quote. Overdue balances may be subject to a reasonable late fee permitted by provincial law.

Workmanship warranty

We stand behind our work. If a defect in workmanship appears within the warranty period communicated at the time of service, contact us and we will make it right. Manufacturer warranties on materials remain the responsibility of the manufacturer and are passed through to you without modification.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Site use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt this website, upload malicious content, or use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing. We may remove or ignore any submission that appears to be spam or abuse.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
